Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel their trip will receive a full refund if a cancellation is received 30 days prior to their trip. If the trip is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the trip, refunds and alternate dates will not be available. Horizon X reserves the right to alter any trip course, equipment or location without refund.

Cancellation Insurance, which must be purchased at the time of the reservation, is available at an extra cost and is optional. Prices are 10$ per person per day and is non-refundable. Guests who have purchased cancellation insurance may cancel up to 24 hours prior to trip departure and is redeemable only in the event of illness, accident or bereavement. A third party note will be requested for full refunds but ma not be necessary if alternate dates are chosen.
